At YASHOFFSHORE, we carry out Bollard Pull Tests using calibrated and certified equipments. We are equiped ro carry out bollard pull tests up to 120 tonnes.
The main reason for compass adjustment and the issue of a new deviation table is an increase in deviations due to various reasons. Inspections by the Port State Control, Vetting Inspectors and Flag State Audits can also create a requirement for compass calibration.
Ships barometer requires annual calibration to verify the error and to be applied to daily observation.
